1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ConstructAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials (information or software) on ConstructAI for personal or commercial viewing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ConstructAI
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept all responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period.

Paid Subscriptions: After the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to ConstructAI. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Process and analyze your content using our AI systems
  • Store your content on our secure servers
  • Display your content back to you within the Service

We will never use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
  • To upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConstructAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on ConstructAI are provided on an 'as is' basis. ConstructAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall ConstructAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ConstructAI, even if ConstructAI or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
